Privacy notice

This page explains how personal data collected by this website is handled, in particular through the booking and contact form, in line with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

Federica Leorato, known professionally as Rika Noir, based in Verona, Italy. For any question about your data, write to booking@rikanoir.it.

What data I collect

• The data you enter in the form: full name, email, phone if you provide it, who you are, project details (type, date, duration, location, image usage, budget, moodboard link) and your message.
• To protect the form from spam: your IP address, stored only in an encrypted, non-reversible form, and the country estimated from the network.

Why I use it

To reply to your request and, if we decide to work together, to organise the shoot. Processing is necessary to act on your request before any agreement is made (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Spam protection is based on the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I don’t use your data for newsletters or advertising, and I don’t pass it on to anyone.

Who processes it on my behalf

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and, when enabled, the request archive and the Turnstile spam check.
• Resend, when enabled, to deliver requests to me by email.

These providers act as data processors. Some may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

Requests are stored for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted automatically. If we end up working together, the necessary data is kept for as long as the law requires, for example for tax purposes.

Cookies

This website uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, with no requests to external services. When the spam check is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical data strictly necessary for it to work.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict its use, or object to its processing, by writing to booking@rikanoir.it. If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
